Hotel De L'Univers Saint-Malo, Saint-Malo

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful double bed and the bath I requested, but it felt a bit small. The service was excellent, especially at the reception and during breakfast. The location was ideal for exploring the old town, and the dining options were varied and satisfying.

The hotel rooms were great, clean, and well-furnished with a good seating area and a lovely view, but the step in and out of the shower cubicle was dangerously too high. The furnishings could have been more comfortable. The service was very accommodating and friendly, especially allowing us to leave our luggage early and making sure our room was ready. The location was fantastic, right in the main square of the old walled town with many dining options nearby. The dining experience was good, offering a choice for our needs, but some items were ordinary. Overall, a pleasant stay with notable room and service highlights.
